- Commercial: 360 Capital closed an $8.45 million refinancing and rehab loan in Queens, NY. The collateral of the 13,000-square-foot building comes with excess buildable rights. The borrower intends to renovate the building for rent and develop an adjacent parcel for multifamily housing.
- Mixed-use: 360 Capital provided a development loan for a mixed-use property in Gowanus, Brooklyn, NY. The 50,000-square-foot property is considered a buildable land area where ground-up construction is legal and viable.
