- Multifamily: 3650 REIT invested $89 million in preferred equity for a 4,000-unit multifamily portfolio acquisition. The acquisition includes multiple properties across Alabama, Georgia and Louisiana.
- Mixed-Use: 3650 REIT provided a $60 million construction loan for the development of a luxury mixed use building in Dania Beach, Florida.
- Office: 3650 REIT provided a $60 million senior loan for an office complex in Morristown, New Jersey.
