  • Office and Retail Space: $88.7 million recapitalization for 26 historical buildings, most of which are 130+ years-old, with a high concentration of retail/restaurant properties. The loan has a 4-year term with extensions so the borrower has time to execute their business plan, with unfunded capital commitments from A10 Capital to be used for redevelopment and lease-up.
