- Industrial: In July 2021, Bloomfield Capital provided a $16 million bridge loan for three owner-occupied industrial properties in Houston, TX. The proceeds will be used to facilitate the refinance of all three assets, one of which is located in a prime location on the Houston Ship Channel, with truck, rail, and barge access for multiple commercial and industrial uses.
- Retail: In July 2021, Bloomfield Capital provided $4 million in acquisition financing for the purchase of a retail property in downtown Denver, Colorado. The loan will go towards the purchase of the property, a capital improvement reserve, and an interest reserve during stabilization.
- Office: In June 2021, Bloomfield Capital financed a $13 million senior bridge loan to refinance and stabilize an office building in Baltimore, Maryland. The loan helped facilitate the refinancing and will also be used to fund future renovation costs.
