  • Office: A Chicago office building in need of renovation received a $23 million loan from BridgeRock Capital. Occupying prime space facing the Chicago River in the West Loop, the property necessitated a whole loan origination of $175 million.
  • Hotel: BridgeRock Capital funded the first whole-loan origination for Korean capital markets with the acquisition of a luxury resort hotel in Toronto, Canada. With 406 rooms, 90,000 square feet of sports facilities, the deal closed with a $165 million loan origination.
