- Student Housing: CrossHarbor Capital Partners provided a $50.8 million loan to Vie Management for the acquisition of a student housing community outside of Raleigh, NC in August 2021. A joint venture with CivcoWest and Blackfin Real Estate Investors, the new ownership plans to expand the property’s desirability to the multifamily asset class.
- Multifamily: In September 2021, CrossHarbor provided co-development funding for the multifamily property of Aventon Belle Isle in Orlando, FL. The asset includes 348 units on 24 acres.
- Industrial: In 2019, CrossHarbor closed on a $142 million first mortgage construction loan for the development of an industrial portfolio of six properties across the southern United States. Partnering with National Life Group to provide the financing to Scannell Properties, the industrial portfolio includes development sites in Jacksonville, Fort Worth and Savannah.
