- Mixed-use Mortgage: In August 2021, Emerald Creek Capital provided a $15 million first mortgage bridge loan for a 300,000-square-foot mixed-use complex in Flushing, Queens, NY. With hotel, medical office, event and retail space, the complex also features a parking facility. The loan closed in four business days to help the sponsor meet a time-sensitive deadline.
- Mixed-use Acquisition: Emerald Creek Capital provided a $27 million bridge loan on two mixed-use buildings in the SoHo neighborhood of New York, NY in July of 2021. The combined buildable area consists of high-end apartments, shared roof deck, a school and retail units.
- Mixed-use Development: Plans for a Class-A mixed-use building in Miami, FL was financed with an $8 million loan from Emerald Creek Capital in June of 2021. The asset includes developmental space for 225 luxury apartments and ground-floor commercial in 65,700 square feet.
