Established in 2008, Ladder invests in a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate and real estate-related assets with a focus on senior secured assets. Loan-to-Value: Up to 75% of appraised value — higher leverage and mezzanine transactions considered on a deal-by-deal basis

Lending Terms: Generally 2 to 3 years, with extension options on case-by-case basis

Interest Rate: Competitive LIBOR and fixed-rate based pricing

Conduit Lending

Loan Amounts: $2 million to over $450 million

Loan-to-Value: Up to 75% of appraised value — higher leverage mezzanine transactions considered on a deal-by-deal basis

Interest Rate: Competitive swap/treasury-based pricing

Markets: Nationwide

Recently-Closed Deals

  • Office: Ladder Capital provided a 10-year fixed-rate loan of $99 million to finance a Class A office building in midtown, Manhattan.
  • Multifamily: A 2-year floating rate commercial mortgage of $13.4 million secured by a recently redeveloped multifamily property in Seattle, Washington
  • Multifamily: Ladder funded a 2-year floating rate bridge loan of $9.5 million for a 25-unit condominium apartment in Chicago, IL. The loan funded acquisition and renovation of the property, as well as leasing out rentals.
