Recently-Closed Deals

  • Office: Ladder Capital provided a 10-year fixed-rate loan of $99 million to finance a Class A office building in midtown, Manhattan.
  • Multifamily: A 2-year floating rate commercial mortgage of $13.4 million secured by a recently redeveloped multifamily property in Seattle, Washington
  • Multifamily: Ladder funded a 2-year floating rate bridge loan of $9.5 million for a 25-unit condominium apartment in Chicago, IL. The loan funded acquisition and renovation of the property, as well as leasing out rentals.
