- Office: Nashville E City Center — Acquisition of the Nashville City Center, a class-A, trophy office asset, located in Downtown Nashville with a principal amount of $12.4 million
- Multifamily: XDenver — Ground-up construction of a 12-story, 251-unit multifamily co-living property with a principal amount of $20 million
