- Hotel: Melody Capital Partners offered a $45.5 million refinancing loan to the Hilton Meadowlands hotel in East Rutherford, NJ. A joint venture with The Buccini/Pollin Group and Hidrock properties, the hotel includes three million square feet of shopping and entertainment space.
- Multifamily: Now set to become Brooklyn’s tallest skyscraper, Melody Capital Partners was an investor in the development of a 1,066-foot apartment tower. Melody coordinated the refinance of the land development loan in 2017, which then matured in 2018. Under new funding, construction is set to begin in 2022.
- Multifamily: Melody Capital Partners negotiated the acquisition of a suburban New Orleans portfolio with a $32.3 million loan to Audubon Communities. The portfolio included 557 units of multifamily housing in Metairie, LA.
