- Multifamily: In September, 2020 Post Road Group lent $33 million through a broker to CSC Coliving in the acquisition of International House Philadelphia. The University City dormitory is to be renovated into apartment-style units.
- Industrial: In 2019 Post Road Group provided senior debt financing to New Continuum Data Centers for the purchase of West Chicago’s 80,000 square-foot Centerpoint Properties.
- Multifamily: In June 2016 Post Road Group acquired a 434-unit Long Island rental complex for $80.5 million in a joint venture with Spruce Capital Partners.
