Recently-Closed Deals

  • Hotel Construction: Procida provided a construction loan on the former Thompson House Hotel in Windham NY. When complete the hotel will service Windham Mountain, as well as a 4 season Catskills getaway. Procida was able to seamlessly execute a $14 million loan which proceeds were used for acquisition and construction.
  • Multifamily Construction: Procida provided construction to the Plaza Grande. Procida was able to structure a deal for $130 million which consisted of a bridge loan on the existing stabilized multifamily units and a construction loan on the units still under construction. Procida was able to provide the borrower with flexible prepayment and a closing mid-construction.
