Recently-Closed Deals
- Office: Sound Point Group provided a five-year floating rate loan to refinance existing debt of an office building in Greenwich, CT. The $41.5 million loan was also put toward leasing and capital costs.
- Multifamily: Sound Point Capital provided a three-year floating rate loan of $53 million to GMF Capital in the acquisition of a multifamily property in Tampa, FL.
- Multifamily: Sound Point Capital provided a $53.1 million loan for the acquisition and development of a Leland, CA apartment community. The deal closed as a non-recourse, full-term, interest-only bridge loan with a 71% loan-to-cost.
