- Retail: A $42.5 million first mortgage floating-rate bridge loan to finance the acquisition of a grocery anchored shopping center in Brandywine, Maryland.
- Student Housing: A $37.3 million first mortgage floating-rate bridge loan to finance the acquisition of a 958-bed student housing property near the Mississippi State University campus.
